The challenge

Our customers are on a mission to improve their health through changing what and how they eat. Doing that isn't easy. Your job, along with the rest of the Team Diet Doctor, is to make this less hard, providing a world-class customer experience for them. 

As our Junior Customer Success Specialist, every interaction you have with our customers should be worthy of a 5-star review. You represent the needs of our users – listen with an empathetic ear, share their feedback and insight with the team to better our product, and provide quick and simple solutions to their questions. 

What you'll do

  • Learn what it takes to be a support ninja: empower our customers by directing them to helpful material and resources on the site, solving problems with their membership, handling concerns, and celebrating successes.
  • Ensure that comments on our Swedish site and social media are answered quickly.
  • Build trust and rapport with members by showing goodness and honesty in communication.
  • Address member needs with kindness and care to achieve satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with all teams to inform of member needs and problems.
  • Handle both Swedish and English support needs.

Who you are

  • A multi-tasker – you love taking on challenges and are eager to gain experience in the customer success field.
  • Flawless in spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and unstructured environment. You can work independently and accomplish tasks fast while upholding our high standards.
  • Calm, cool, and collected. You handle stress with ease and have a way with people. 
  • Optimist who loves problem solving and has a talent for making people happy.
  • Any prior knowledge of low carb would be a plus.
  • You are any age, nationality, gender identification, religion, etc. We welcome a diversity of people, backgrounds and experiences.

This is a full-time position, working primarily from our beautiful and airy headquarters in Stockholm, at Vasagatan 40, just opposite the Central Station. (Please note: due to COVID, most of us currently work from home.
