Dr. Evelyne Bourdua-Roy is a family medicine doctor based in Montreal, Canada. She came in contact with low carb when she was on maternity leave, and thought that it could be great for her professional practice. After having gone through training with Dr. Jason Fung and Megan Ramos, she set up her own LCHF clinic – Clinique Reversa – which launched in February 2017.
